Update from yesterday

I was able to get the cherry wine up the stairs and into second fermentation all with one arm. Starting gravity 1.130 currently at a 1.000. Gave it a taste and surprisingly very good semi sweet taste with a great cherry finish. Hopefully in the end I get the same. Can’t wait to bottle the wine I made from the cherry tree I planted when I bought my house. ❤️
