Leaving cherry wine in primary bucket

So a couple weeks ago probably 2 now I made a 6 1/2 gallon batch of cherry wine in a fermentation bucket after about 7days I removed the fruit and let finish. Here is where the problem starts. I had shoulder surgery and have no one to help me get the batch up the stairs and into 1 gallon carboys and 5.5 weeks before my arm comes out of the sling. Will my wine hold out till I can get it into secondary or am I screwed?
