I’ve always been a whiskey fan so I’m used to just pouring a few fingers then putting it back in the cabinet. I just ordered a 6 bottle Discovery Case of wine so I’m curious about drinking and storage. My big concern is storage because I read that wine starts to go bad after 3-5 days. So if I try a glass of each bottle does that mean I only have 5 days to finish all the bottle then? For the full flavour I read to open the bottle and depending on the bottle to wait up to 30 minutes before pouring. Do I have to do this every time I open the bottle or just once? Also any other advice you can give me would be appreciated cause this is my first time ever buying wine for myself
