Bluetooth DUN client mode (Data Terminal)

Thanks to slickdeals I have recently acquired a Lumia 521, and I must say it is the nicest GPS money can buy.

I use a dumbphone which has the option to tether my various other devices via bluetooth. It would be super sweet if the Nokia could get online via this method, but from what I gather mainly audio profiles are supported. Can anybody who may be familiar with the various WP8 APIs tell me if my dream is even possible at this point?

EDIT: To clarify - the Lumia is not activated on the cellular network.
