My google talk wishlist- fast resume, lock-screen notifications, live tile support. Is there an app out there that does this?

I understand that all Google Talk clients are going to be a little hampered by the API that is available (and it is looking less and less likely that Microsoft is going to integrate Google Talk). So, is there any app out there that gives me these things?
So far I've played with gChat and IM (the free versions, but I would gladly pay if I had to). I just really want to make my Google Talk one of the 5 notifications on the lock screen. Also IM has a better UI but doesn't fast resume. Any suggestions?
