Build 14316: Driver Compatibility Bug

Windows Insider Preview Build 14316 && AMD Crimson Software Suite 16.4.1. Running high tessellation processes causes a memory leak, slowing down the process until an eventual crash. Both the desktop and the AMD drivers seem to be momentarily affected and crash but recover seconds later.
Edit: Also tested on AMD Crimson Software Suite 16.3.2, results remain consistent with above.
Additional Edit: Seems to occur only when an Xbox 360/One controller is plugged into the system
