I have a Samsung laptop, running windows 7, model number NP305V5A-A0DUS. I have had this computer for roughly 5 or 6 years and haven’t had any issues, when I shut down this pc and went to restart it, it ended up stuck in a boot loop. I have tried to run this model in “recovery mode” via f4, which gave me two options. One option was to “try to start the pc normally” and second option was “start pc in recovery mode if pc wasn’t shut down properly”. If I select the second option it acts like it wants to try to start up but then just sits there endlessly with windows logo and a bar loading.
I have tried most of everything I know, I have made sure that the HD was selected as first boot option under Bios settings, have also made sure nothing got changed software and hardware wise (that I could remember), nothing seems to work. I have old pictures of deceased relatives that I need to recover if at all possible. I can’t afford to take this to a shop and would like to fix myself.
Thanks so much in advance for reading this and any advice given 🙏🏽.
