Upgraded PC, booting now fails with blue screen saying "ACPI may not be compatible"

Rebuilt pc with: AM5, ddr5, asrock bm650. Was running windows 7 on an SSD but I also installed windows 10 on a new SSD, after setting my bio to use legacy mode I can start booting into windows 7 but it crashes on the loading spinner after a few seconds.
