I think my built in webcam is bugged

When using facebook messenger video call on chrome, my camera is 1/8th black below causing me to have an unpleasant experience. On device manager, it shows that my webcam is using the latest drivers. How to fix this? My laptop is HP-15db0xxx, amd a6-9225 r4. Thanks in advance
