I recently downloaded windows tool from Microsoft Windows so that I can upgrade my Toshiba Satellite C55D-B. But after a few moments; when it reached its critical point, the point where there is blue screen and it says "windows is updating 40%, your device will shut down many times" it always crashes. It crashed two times in a row yesterday so I gave up updating it thinking that I might break it in a bad way. What should I do about this?, Should I just leave it un-upgraded? or is there a way to fix this kind of issue?
Update: I've tried it for the third time. I've done precautions but it crashed again. It says in the note here that: "We couldn't install windows 10, the installation in the first_boot phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation"
