Widows 11 Focus Assist

Hello,
I recieved old instructions to replicate a test, it is said to set Focus Assist to Priority only, and enable.
But on the OS I have, I cant find a Focus Assist, closes thing I find is Focus, that shows and option to select from 30 to 240 minutes and then a play button to enable Focus Session, is this the same feature?
