Windows 10 Install loop

Post Body

Hey, my HDD in my old desktop stopped working so I bought a new one and used my laptop to install the Windows boot media from Microsoft on a new 32 GB flash drive. Now my desktop is in an install/boot loop.

Tldr watch the video I link (I did delete the old save before starting the video)

I changed the boot priority to the USB and ran the install like normal but after it finished and restarted it keeps coming back to the install menu. I tried turning it off and switching the priority to the HDD but it gives me an error saying the boot media needs to be inserted and restarted. I've watched some YouTube videos and tried to follow the solutions from blog threads but nothing is working.

If anyone can help me figure this out or has had this issue id really appreciate some help
