we had the glass replaced in a sliding door, but the glass he used was thinner than the original glass. Now the wind can blow around the seal. The guy came back and added some glue but it still didnt stop the wind blowing through. Now he wont respond to our calls. We had another glass company confirm the glass is too thin for the door, but they wont take liability to try to seal the glass, they want to replace the whole thing. Is adding more scilicone around the glass an option, or does the glass need to be replaced again?
