So awhile ago, I saw a post asking about how to counter Malphite in Baron Lane, and suggested Zed, saying it works. Now I don't know if Fiora is harder or easier to beat than Malphite, but I didn't have a Rank Match of Zed v Malph, since I'd stopped playing him for like a month or two... So then I decided: go play a Ranked match, and use Zed on Baron Lane. So I did, and was pitted against Fiora. Of course, I died first, but after that was just basic snowballing. A funny moment from the match is when I had 2 seconds left on my ult and died to the enemy Yi, cuz I forgot I had Stasis, hahahah.. Anyways, here's the proof that it works.
