What is the rule on adding football badges to Wikimedia Commons and in turn Wikipedia?

According to Wikimedia, you aren't allowed to add logos that aren't yours to Wikipedia, but every team has a badge on Wikipedia. I have a PNG of the new Ulsan HD FC logo and I would like to add it to Wikipedia.
