Just noticed I have 400 Wii points. Is there any way for me to use them?

The cheapest titles on the Wii Shop Channel are 500 points. Is this just lost money now, since I don't see a way to add more points? I turned on my Wii for the first time in ages to do a transfer to my Wii U, and noticed I had those 400 points.
