Scammers
Post Body

When my LW and I worked as tech support for "the company that shall not be named" (hint, logo looks like the death star), as tech support reps we could instantly ID scammers. They have some very obvious tells (poker allusion). I know we are super lonely, extremely vulnerable and weak in this journey but please do not give out personal information (banking, address, etc). I'm far enough in this journey that I chose to fuck with my scammer and sadistic enough to have some fun. I used stock photos of a friend (with his permission, of course). My LW would have been rolling with laughter if she were still here. Of course, if my scammer has a separate account and reads this, you know you've been had and I've wasted your time, I really am a widower but I'm the world's biggest asshole alive.

My advice to you, fellow widow and widower, is to ask for a photo of any friend on here, to look the person on reverse image search (you will have to pay) or if you have Facebook, search for Facecheck.ID, upload their image, and see if they have stock photos that have been reported (Facecheck.ID is free and antiscammer groups keep those photos).

Stay safe, friends. People suck ass.
