I feel like I'm leaving her behind

I made the decision to move forward in my life about a month ago. I want peace back in my life again, not sure I can find happiness again, but yeah, I'd like to be at peace again.
Last night, I woke up at 3AM to the realization I haven't cried over my wife for weeks. The weight on the left side of my chest has eased.
This morning, it feels like I'm leaving her behind. I'm still sad but it's a different kind of sadness. I hate this journey, nothing makes sense
