Especially my youngest, we took a vacation and are home again. It’s hard being home; everything here reminds her of how things were before she lost her dad. I have so much to do and try to get as much done while she’s at school but when she comes home she’s a whirlwind of emotions. She is seeing a therapist to help her express herself but she’s mostly angry and cry’s a lot. It’s so much for me, I can only imagine how she’s feeling. We are almost 9 months out and it has gotten easier but in many ways it hasn’t. Any recommendations 🖤🖤
