Try That Soap updates for week of 4/16/2019

New Features/Improvements:

A feature that has been a long time coming: bulk updates! I had heard loud and clear that updating your shave den, wish list, and scent ratings was painful, particularly for those with... ahem... several products. I completely agree(d) and to be completely honest, I couldn't figure out how to get it to work despite several attempts. Thankfully, I got it working this time. 4th times the charm amirite?

So, what exactly does this mean? Instead of having to go to each individual collection/product page, you can now do an entire brand at once. From the Brands page, you'll now see two buttons under each brand: "Shave Den/Wish List Bulk Update" and "Scent Rating Bulk Update". Hopefully those are pretty self explanatory. From there, those respective links will take you to all the collections/products for that brand where you can rate/add/wish for as many as you want.

For newer folks that don't have a ton of products to rate, the Getting Started page has also been revamped to a bulk update form. Should make it much quicker there as well.

Couple things to note:

• Registration is currently open. I've opened it up for a limited time (maybe throughout the day). If this comment is still here, it's open. Note, you do need an account for many of the "personalized" features such as shave dens, wish lists, ratings, recommendations, and shaves of the day. The account is free.

• Recommendations take about a minute to update after you save your ratings, so if you don't see recommendations update right away, give it a minute

• The "Haves" on the bulk product page directly feed into the Shave of the Day update I made last week. Bulk updating your den should be much more accessible now, so no need to sit through the 10 second SotD page load time because updating your den was too time consuming.

Bug Fixes

The date sorting on the Release Schedule has been fixed
