I received a shipment today from Maggard in which the preshave oil opened up while in transit, covering most of the rest of the order. I took pictures of the unboxing and cleaning process and sent them to Maggard with a request that they replace only the damaged products.

Their response time was 8 minutes. Eight. And they are replacing almost the entire order. THAT is how you keep a customer. I will keep coming back.
