Upgrade from the welshi/Vanderhagen butterfly safety razor?

So I've been using the Walmart safety razor, even tried the $12 amazon shavette. I think safety razors work best for me. After perusing this subreddit a year or two ago I learned that the Vanderhagen is a shitty razor compred to other safety razors. I'm looking for the next upgrade, and I'm quite fond of the butterfly style ones. (Ones that open at the top)

Any suggestions? I'm open to non butterfly razors too. My budget is for something that's good enough for regular shaving but not so expensive that I have to sell a kidney. Like $40-60 at the most. (Also open to new shave soaps and brushes)
