I had a little time on my lunch break today, so I stopped into an antique store that I like to visit every few weeks when I'm in the area. No good finds today (has anybody noticed that the prices of razors at antique stores seem to keep going up?), but I did notice a unique tin. It was fairly large, so I'm not sure if this used to house a razor or shaving kit, or if it was promotional only. The price tag said it was from the 1940s.
Does anybody know the history behind this?
