Any recommendations for a beginner straight razor?

So, I recieved a straight razor gift set as a present, but the razor itself has turned out to be both cheap and painful. The thing is...while dragging the perpetually blunt razor across my poor face...i think i could enjoy straight razor shaving, provided i had a decent razor.
So, any recommendations for venders, brands, must have accessories ect? I'm trying to remain economic but i understand that razors can be pricey.
