I ordered this bad boy with my taxes on a whim after hearing so ma you good things. I was worried it would be scrubber than my 2 band D01 or not have enough backbone for my liking.

I ordered a 26mm fan yesterday and received it today. Yay for living an hour away from Nathan Clark, the man behind this knot and EnvyShave.

This is a dense knot, a touch less than my 2 band Silvertip. The hair has great backbone, less than my D01 but remains quite soft. I don't have a handle as the one I had in mind isn't big enough, this knot is huge. I palm lathered away and was pretty surprised how awesome this thing is. This knot is what my Romera Manchurian should have been. Everything is similar but the density is exactly where I like it plus it's a touch softer.

I'm still in the honeymoon phase and haven't broke it in yet so take my words with some salt. If you haven't checked him out I'd highly recommend taking a look. Here some pics of the knot post bloom, still have badger funk lol

EDIT: I'm going to need a 29-30mm handle to fit this knot. I love it.
