Good budget handle, blade, and cream for very sensitive skin?

Post Body

I've seen questions like this posted before but they always seem to be answered with "buy a sample pack, try different brands" and while I understand that's a good way to do things, I could really use some recommendations of what to try first, and just some decent options.

I have really senstive skin that's super prone to razor burn and bumps. Currently what I have is the metal wilkinsons handle, feather razors, and cremo original. It seems to be a decent combo, but I find it still feels a bit rough on my skin somehow. I'm not sure if it's due to the handle, the razor, or the cream.

I know feathers are one of the most popular, but it's not the first time I've heard someone say they find them to not feel great. I was planning on trying astra next as I've heard good things about those.

I want to be able to finally have a true soft shave without a ton of bumps. I am generally okay if I stick to with the grain, but I'd love to get to feel my face fully smooth in every direction once and a while, it's something I've never been able to achieve.

I am still working on technique, and being very light, but ant recommendations for handles that aren't too pricy, razors, or products to try (cream and aftershave) that you've found to be good options for especially senstive skin would be super appreciated :)
