Am I only one that uses blades just once?

My intention is not to be wasteful, but given how cheap blades are, I just don't feel the need to try to get more than 1 shave out of them. My current standard, Gillette Silver Blues, cost me 10 cents a blade. I shave every other day, so on average, that costs me 35 cents a week. Compared to cartridges - or just about anything else - seems like a relative bargain for a solid shave every time. Does that seem odd?
