The Aquarius research station. A one of a kind underwater habitat located 5.4 miles off Key Largo in Florida, it's a marvel of aquatic engineering. Naturally, it's also a tempting target if you want that special something for your underwater lair.

That's what brings Sandman (Respect Thread) to the Anchorage Resort and Yacht Club. Stealing the base should be plain sailing for someone like him, right? Unfortunately, a certain doctor of marine biology by the name of Jotaro Kujo (Respect Thread) happens to overhear his plan. And he's not the kind of person to just let villains get away with their evil deeds. It looks like there's no choice but to fight under the Florida sun!

Rules

• Battle takes place at the Anchorage Resort and Yacht Club. Specifically, they start about ten meters apart in the parking lot.

• Both fighters are in-character, with no prior knowledge of the other. Both fighters are also aware of the other at the start, and thus would be prepared for any initial attack.

• Sandman is limited to just his "normal" form unless otherwise specified by the round. In addition, he does not have his frightful four suit. This is just base Sandman.

• Jotaro is at the age he was during Diamond is Unbreakable. His Stand Star Platinum has all of its physicals, but its ability to stop time is limited by round stipulations.

Round 1: Jotaro with Star Platinum (no time stop) vs. Sandman (no alternate forms)

Round 2: Jotaro with Star Platinum (one second time stop) vs. Sandman (no alternate forms)

Round 3: Jotaro with Star Platinum (five second time stop) vs. Sandman (can grow slightly larger than a Ferris wheel)
