Columbo recieves a call one day, informing him of one of law's biggest secrets. There exists an unknown criminal who has committed every possible crime that exists except murder. Columbo being Columbo, he decides to take it as a challenge, and goes after this mysterious man.

Rules: Columbo cannot be killed. Ceaser will not leave Italy.

Round 1: Ceaser doesn't know Columbo is coming for him and has no assistance. Columbo only knows he's male and lives in Rome. Ceaser will not attack Columbo and has no Hamon. This takes place in 1934, when Ceaser was 16.

Round 2: Ceaser knows a detective is coming for him and has intimidated the local Mafia to aide him, as canonically they feared him. Columbo knows his name and has access to all his usual resources, including previous case files. Ceaser has Hamon and can attack Columbo, but will not kill or permanently injure him. Again, this takes place in 1934, but with Battle Tendency era Ceaser. Battle Tendency Ceaser will be used from here onwards.

Round 3: Ceaser knows who Columbo is and knows about his reputation. He is aided by the Stardust Crusaders era Speedwagon Foundation(without access to Iggy). Columbo has the full force of the Italian Police at his disposal. Ceaser has Hamon and will kill if absolutely necessary. This takes place in 1987, with appropriate technology.

Round 4: Ceaser has finally committed murder by killing the Italian President's son. He knows exactly who Columbo is. Columbo has the Italian Police, Army, Navy, Air Force and Secret Service. Ceaser has Hamon and his own copy of Hermit Purple. Aiding him are the entirety of the Italian Mafia, the modern Speedwagon Foundation (and Iggy), Stroheim and his Nazis, Battle Tendency Joseph and the full forces of Air Supplena Island. He is entirely willing to kill. This takes place in 2019. All subtlety is put aside, the President wants his son's murderer caught. Columbo has full permission to kill and his investigation has been placed above the law, meaning that he can commit any crime in the name of catching Ceaser.

Bonus Rounds: carbon copies of every Round before, except Columbo has access to his Wife and all her friends/relatives and is huntlusted. Ceaser has Iggy.
