Round 1: Bruce has told Mr Krabs he would give him his money.
Round 2: Bruce shows Mr Krabs a check with 9 zeroes and let’s him swim in the money briefly.
So I want to throw an answer at this ignoring the Ring tempting Krabs. So, using his Iron Man mech form from Sponge Out of Water, Krabs has vastly superior defense with his all-metal body. His offensive capabilities are also insane compared to the medieval weaponry of Mordor. Krabs, importantly, isn't a man. He's a crab. Witch-King neutralized. Issues, no way of knowing if the suit can survive any form of magical attacks. In the past, King Neptune was able to perma-freeze him, so this might be a vulnerability. Numbers, it's one against all of Mordor. Krabs might be in a suit, but he'll get tired eventually. And worst of all, wheels. The Iron-Crab has wheels and Mordor is definitely not paved. 3/10, if he has the powers of Sponge Out of Water
