PC Aquaman vs. 616 Storm, but they're on opposite sides of Manhattan and the only way they can attack each other is with the Sharknado that happens to be between them.

Storm can manipulate the Sharknado as well as she normally could, as well as fly and blast wind and lightning out of her hands as normal, but she can't create new weather events or stop the Sharknado entirely.

Aquaman has no hydrokinesis, but all his normal ability to control the sharks applies. He can summon more animals, but only if they're more sharks.

Round 1: The Sharknado from Sharknado (except in Manhattan). It's dead center between Storm and Aquaman.

Round 2: Both Sharknadoes from the Second One, spaced equally between the two.

Round 3: Round 1, except that Storm can make new tornadoes--any new tornado she makes will automatically become a Sharknado.

Bonus round: The restrictions on their abilities are lifted, but there are now two dozen Sharknadoes in NYC and hundreds more in the rest of the state.
