For those who don't know, the Thunderbolts are (generally) a team of villains who perform heroic acts. There have been several different teams with the name, with many different members across the different incarnations (as well as a completely separate Strike Team lead by the Red Hulk). Many of these members have crossed over into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. If the MCU were to create a Thunderbolts team, who would they be able to beat?

Team has two rounds.

Round 1 - Characters/teams within the MCU.

Round 2 - Any character or team in all of fiction.

Team 1: Canonical Thunderbolts. The team consists of still living characters who have been Thunderbolts in the main Marvel 616 universe. Team includes the MCU Versions of The Winter Soldier, Helmut Zemo, Black Widow, Luke Cage, Nuke, Batroc the Leaper, Hawkeye, Mr. Hyde, Thunderbolt Ross (no Red Hulk, just Ross), Punisher, Elektra (Because lets be real she will be back)

the Leader and Ghost Rider aren't involved because we have hardly seen any of them in the MCU.

Bonus: Iron Fist (I don't count him in the main round since he was brainwashed by Norman Osborne when he was a Thunderbolt in the comics) and Shocker (Not included in main round because his movie isn't out yet)

Team 2: Movie Build-A-Team - Create your own team using surviving villains from the main MCU films. Team consists of between five and eight members. Characters must currently be on Earth as of their last appearance.

Team 3: TV Build-A-Team - Same as Round 2 but for the MCU TV shows.

Team 4: Mixed Bag Build-A-Team - Free reign of five to eight still living villains from the MCU films and tv shows who are on Earth.

Bonus teams 2-4: Replace your one member of the team with a so far comics only character who has been a member of the Thunderbolts
