Assume Shaka's strongest attack Agyo is at star destroying level (the weakest Gold saints are at this level) also assume Shaka is light speed only, as he has only recently mastered the 7th sense. The weakest gold saints are light speed in travel speed and combat speed. No 8th sense for Shaka.

Let's also assume his khan shield can only tank planet busting attacks at most. All of his other hax and abilities stays the same.

Battle takes place on earth. Assume Peak Naruto, One Piece, and MHA.

Round 1 - In Character 7 y/o Shaka vs IC One Piece, MHA, and Naruto

Round 2 - Bloodlusted Shaka vs Bloodlusted One Piece, MHA, and Naruto

If they get stomped add in Namek Saga Goku.
