A classic battle with a small twist

The Star Spangled Avenger and The Caped Crusader face off in battle against one another using their very own set of Halo's iconic power armor, MJOLNIR. They can choose from one of the many GEN2 variants and permutations.

For the purposes of this prompt, assume that either of them can properly wear the armor and control it through a neural interface.

Fight takes place on a Halo map of your choice.

Fight!

Round 1: They spawn in on opposite ends of the map with nothing but the armor and are in character. Who wins?

Round 2: Bloodlusted

Round 3: They can modify the armor in any way, but Batman cannot use components of his other armors like the Insider suit or the Hellbat besides the regular Batsuit. If it's a stomp in Batman's favor, let Stark help. They have a day. The catch is that they cannot remove the black bodysuit at all.
