616 Spidey vs Sora (Kingdom Hearts)

Sora is equipped with Kingdom Key, has access to Firaga, Blizzaga, and Thundaga from both KH 1 and KH2 as well as one time use of Curaga. Access to all abilities except Second Wind and the like. No drive forms or summons.

If it's a Spidey stomp, he loses Spidey sense and give sora some of his other abilities.

If it's a Sora stomp, he loses all magic and use a stronger Spidey (ultimate is stronger, right?)

Bonus round! As a member of the Hallow Bastion Restoration Committee, it's Sora's turn to raise Munny for the committee. He, Donald, and Goofy get in their gummi ship and fly to Sam Raemi spidermanland to take a job for J. Jonah Jameson who needs help getting pictures of Spiderman in the shower. Can a "morals off" Sora discover where spiderman lives and snag a pic?
