Morty gets hold of an Omnitrix without Rick's knowledge. Can he overpower him?

His Omnitrix only has the first series' aliens:
Morty's Omnitrix has no recharge times and can switch between aliens at will. Morty can test out his alien abilities beforehand. Rick has as much knowledge on the individual aliens as he does most aliens, but no idea about the Omnitrix itself or the fact that Morty has it.
Can Morty kill Rick?
