The companies must manually transport their employees to the battleground. They can transfer employees from other countries.

Each company gives their employees different coloured shirts so they can tell each other apart. Nintendo gets red, Sony blue, and Microsoft green.

The employees are allowed to use whatever they find in their office or in the supermarket as weapons.

When all the employees of a company are unconscious/dead, that company is out. Last company standing wins.

In the first 4 rounds they can't use characters or tools from their games.

Round 1) They fight in an abandoned supermarket equally distant from each companies HQ.

Round 2) Fight at Nintendo's HQ

Round 3) Fight at Sony's HQ

Round 4) Fight at Microsoft's HQ

Round 5) Abandoned supermarket again, but now they can summon characters and tools currently under their copyright at the sacrifice of 5 employees.
