Could Doc Brown stop a particularly pesky Animal Crossing villager?

Doc Brown is given access to the Reset Surveillance Centre, the DeLorean, knowledge to how the Animal Crossing games work, and Mr Resetti.
Doc Brown must fully convince the player to stop resetting their game without completely killing them.
Round 1: Against a 7 year old player on the Gamecube, has played for two weeks.
Round 2: Against a 19 year old on New Leaf, has played for a full year (and has the RSC built)
Bonus: Doc Brown gets to team up with The Doctor, but doesn't get the TARDIS.
