This got a decent reaction in the first post, so I figure I would continue with another post!

Round 2: Cloud Strife vs. Link

Origin: Deathbattle

Scenario: Cloud Strife, the protagonist from Final Fantasy 7 vs. Link as Ocarina of Time Link, as this is the one who has a "rivalry" with Cloud, but after giving your answers in the comments if you feel a different Link matches up better please share. No amalgam Link, every Link is a distinct and separate living being. It makes no sense to mash them all together. The fight will be an a Roman-style Colosseum. There is no BFR as a victory condition, and neither combatant will flee or leave the immediate area beyond a 3-block radius willingly. Death or Incapacitation are acceptable victory conditions. There is no prep-time. Materia and Link's equipment are allowed, so feel free to get creative, however no outside aid (example: Summon materia, Princess Zelda) or equipment that makes the user invincible (This includes Nayru's Love and any materia combinations for Cloud that result in infinite revival loops).
