Jin-Mo-Ri is the human incarnation of Sun Wukong the Monkey King and the protagonist of The God of High School. He was trained in a fictional style of tae kwon do and 'acupuncture' (also used for pressure point strikes. He is armed with the Ruyi Jingu, Wukong's growing/shrinking staff, and it's hella OP. He isn't a particularly well-known character, so I'll provide some feats for context.
Fighting (and winning) while grievously wounded
Blocks this attack said by onlookers to be continent busting.
He can clone himself and every clone can use the staff as wellto achieve this.
He wears the unbreakable Yongpo, which he can will onto others to protect them
tanks this attack which registers somewhere near planetbusting.
I don't know if I'm underestimating or overestimating Naruto, I haven't watched the show. If this is a terrible match up I apologize, and totally invite you guys to come up with a better one.
