True Demon Demi-Fiend is the Demi Fiend from Shin Megami Tensei 3 where he sacrifices his humanity to join Lucifer's side to take on God, and he also has access to all end-game abilities.

The setup for this one would be epic. This fight would take place at the end of both games, Shin Megami Tensei 3 Nocturne (Maniax) and Painkiller. The endings of these games collide, with Daniel Garner having just defeated Lucifer, and Demi Fiend having done the same and then joined up with Lucifer to take down God. (The Lucifer defeats are shortly after one another, Garner's first and then Demi Fiends'.)

God gives Garner one last contract before his wife's soul is freed, and it's to take out Lucifer's new partner, True Demon Demi-Fiend. The fight starts right after the line in Nocturne where God says "Then, Doom shall separate us..."

I think Demi Fiend has this one. Even though Garner could take out Demi Fiend's new minions (massive experience in killing hordes of demons, plus he has the elemental weaponry necessary to target their weaknesses), I believe that Demi Fiend would be a whole new ballgame for him. Not only is he immune to everything except Almighty, he has huge AOEs that Daniel Garner would find quite difficult to dodge in time, plus they are armor piercing so it doesn't really matter how much armor Garner has on him at the time.

You could maybe stretch it and say that Garner could win IF you assume his Demon form uses an Almighty attack, and he would be able to get that form after killing all of those demons and collecting their souls/Magatsuhi, but this is assuming he can find a way to stop the DF from killing him while he goes after DF's minions.
