I am interested in using whoop. I am 31, 172 lbs, most of what I do is golf 2-3 times a week and 5-6 hours a week of light to moderate exercise such as walking with weight vest and body weight exercises. I’ve seen in posts the whoop will show your body energy level (or whatever matrix it uses) and that it is impacted by alcohol or when you eat. My question is, does whoop know this intuitively or do you have to manually enter this data? My goal is to enter as little as possible and get the best possible data on my current lifestyle. For lack of better words just wear the device and allow to to track my normal routine and exercise for a few weeks without actual making any real change. Would the whoop be beneficial for me? I’m ok with the 280-350 price tag for a year or year and a half if the data is good enough. Thanks in advance!
