How to prevent membership auto renewal?

So my WHOOP membership auto renews on the 14th of June and after a year of having used it almost regularly, I do not see any reason to keep it going.
However, after checking their website and the app, I don’t see any way of canceling this auto renewal? I can cancel my membership which seems to render my band useless immediately, or I can pause my account.
Is there any way of unenrolling from auto renewal? Or do I have to set a reminder to cancel my membership on the 13th of June lol
