I’ve noticed that I’ve lately been burning lesser calories while doing the same workouts that I’ve been doing for a while.
For example - a couple months ago, my back bicep day was a lock at 300-400 calories. But yesterday I barely burned 200 calories while going through all my reps. The other noticeable difference was that I too didn’t feel as tired during the workout as I usually do, so it made sense that I burned less calories.
Does this mean that I need to start lifting heavier? Or is there something wrong with the app or the way I wear the device etc?
