So I started at Whole Foods in late September and am about to get a market adjustment raise. While talking to store leadership about it they started talking about growth with the company, which I hadn’t really thought about since I just kinda started. So I’m wondering what the next step up from grocery team member is, like what do I advance too? Seems a little early to become a team leader. Part of me is a little reluctant to sign my soul over to Bezos 😂, really just took this job as a means to an end, but I still need that. Life goal wise I just want to move out of state, so maybe advancing with Whole Foods and transferring out west isn’t a bad idea. Just weighing my options, haven’t really thought about growing my career much at Whole Foods, but growing my paycheck would for sure be nice.
