Quitting time!!!

Finally found my way out of retail management 🙌 moving up to TL is not worth it. I did it and regret it. I got a good regular 9-5 M-F job.
For those of you younger people in college, stick to part time. Don't fall into the trap of moving up like I did. Focus on your career path relating to your major. Internships & entry level roles. There are so many better career paths than being a manager at a grocery store. I'm just glad I got out of this while I'm still in my early 20s.
