So, my TL has already started to train me for Supervisor despite having not even applied yet. (Told me they’ll have me apply in a week or so then interview) Realistically what should I expect my pay to be after I get it. Right now I’m at 17.50 as a boothie outside NYC. Been with the company for probably 6 months, plus have 6 mo experience as a supervisor equivalent from a previous company. (Along with about 5.5yrs total there) I also know that we have a new outside hire sup that has zero experience at 20/hr. Would it be reasonable to expect 20.50-21/hr?
