So I am currently R1D14 and the first 8 days or so started off great. I had tons of energy and motivation, clarity all of it! Then around day 5 I started coming down with a deep cough and eventually got full fledged asthma-y and cold like symptoms that continue to linger. I have stayed on track despite being pretty sick (with the exception of Rx cough meds and inhaler) which I am seriously proud of! I am disappointed that I did have to get some cough drops because the cough attacks were super bad. So I got the best I could find, Ricola, which of course are made with sugar. I used the ricola for 3 days and have been off of them for 3 days. Now on day 14, I am so so so tired and just feeling crappy. No wind in my sails at all. I am also feeling quite bloaty which sucks big time! I thought I made it past all of this. I am wondering if even the ricola has started the sugar withdrawal symptoms? I didn't have them the first round.
Anyway, searching for support and motivation. The energy will come back I suppose, it's the bloating and swelling in my feet that has got me down.
