I'm not going to attack someone too much weaker because you don't have enough resources to bother with. I'm also not going to attack someone my level because I'll lose too many troops. Sometimes you just want to watch the world burn.

A million power quickly becomes a drop in the bucket and would leave no one to attack. I know it seems like a lot now, but once you hit the higher levels you'll find out the scale is just different.

I'm very active and attend almost all events and I still have to gather until recently when I started FC1. It takes so long to get crystals the resources are no longer an issue. I'm only gathering still because I want to hit a billion meat and wood.

Who should be able to raid in your mind? Without NAP agreements, your server would never win an SVS fight.

I think you are just too new to look at the server as a whole instead of just your city.

It does. Aren't you shielded until level 7 or something? That is time to get your feet wet. People are going to be assholes and it sounds like you just got messed up with one. Most of us are just focused on growing and the big events. But the game encourages you to raid and kill other troops. It's a metric.

At the end of the day no rules, NAP or otherwise, can prevent some people from being assholes to you. Especially if they don't think they are being assholes.
