Loan Management -Aggressive Pay Off or Wait?

I’m about a year and couple months into practice and trying to decide the best course for my loans. I have about 150k so it isn’t too bad, the average interest rate is about 6.1% on the current PAYE plan. I’m in private practice so no chance for PSLF but trying to decide if I pay it off aggressively or make minimum payments and invest the difference?
